The appearance of COVID-19 in the world has not been able to stop with the intense work that M-Sport has been developing for many years at its headquarters. In addition to working on their new Rally1 by 2022, the first units of the recently introduced Ford Fiesta Rally4 are already reaching their customers.

The first unit, as confirmed by M-Sport Poland on their social networks, is for Fernando Capdevila. The rider from Santa Cruz de Tenerife has taken over the new Ford model, a pioneer in the new category of the FIA Rally4, where he will have rivals such as the Peugeot 208 or the Renault Clio.

These are the images provided by M-Sport Poland recently (subsidiary of the British brand), announcing the departure of the first unit for Capdevilla, driver linked to Ford for several years. The two-time Canarian champion enjoyed many races with his Focus WRC or the Escort RS Cosworth.

The plan envisaged by DISA Copi Sport, as published by Motor Online, is that the young Raúl Capdevila, who until now had been competing on the gravel, compite in the Canary Championship of Asphalt with this unit. The car, successor to the R2T, mounts a 210 hp Ecoboost engine.
