The ACI Rally Monza will bid farewell to the World Rally Championship, being the seventh scoring round for the specialty. We arrived with the titles of driver and builder at stake, and with a list of entries worth mentioning. 95 teams will meet.

There will be no shortage of the three World Cup teams with their drivers. On the part of Hyundai: Neuville, Tänak, Sordo and Veiby, who repeat with the WRC. With Toyota, two of the competitors who play everything: Ogier and Evans, as well as Rovanperä and Katsuta.

With the Fords, Lappi, Suninen and Greensmith will compete in the Italian event. In addition to the Rally1 category cars, more than fifty cars will make an appearance with the R5s, currently called Rally2. A record throughout this season.

Enrollment among the cars in this category is spectacular, with the impossibility of making any prediction. With the Citroën C3 R5, we highlight the official Mads Ostberg, Marco Bulacia or Stéphane Lefebvre, who returns to a World Championship event.

The Skoda Fabia Rally2 will have a great representation, as has been customary in recent years. There will be people like Pontus Tidemand, Jan Kopecký, Oliver Solberg, Andreas Mikkelsen, Kajetan Kajetanowicz … An absolute outrage.

One of the few Ford Fiesta present will be Adrien Fourmaux, recent winner of the Rally Islas Canarias. Several Hyundai and Volkswagen will be on the starting line, such as Jari Huttunen‘s, with the Korean unit.

Several cars from the Rally4 category will also take part in the show, mostly Ford Fiesta. Mārtiņš Sesks, Tom Kristensson and Sami Pajari will fight to win the JWRC category title. Fabrizio Zaldíbar, accompanied by Rogelio Peñate (the only Spaniard with Sordo and del Barrio) will also attract attention.

The rally will take place on Thursday and Friday in the Monza track area. On Saturday, the stages will move to an area close to the circuit, on Sunday they will return to the Autodromo again. The special stages built on the track in the Italian style will probably be quite slow and difficult.

Specifically, the rally (on asphalt) will begin on Thursday, December 3 with a unique 4.33 km special built on the circuit. The rally will continue on Friday with five stages (69.61 km). On Saturday, with another seven (126.95 km). It will finish on Sunday with three more stages (40.25 km) in the program.

All set in Monza.
