McLaren F1 Team opens the round of presentations for the 2021 season. The Woking team has announced virtually through its website and official YouTube channel the car with which they intend to fight again to win races. Last season was really hopeful.

The main feature of the new car is revealed by its interior. Six years later, the English team once again relies on the Mercedes engine to return to the top. Honda and Renault have completed the last seasons of a car that has evolved a lot and for the better since 2015.

DRIVERS: Daniel Ricciardo y Lando Norris
In Woking they have an important novelty on the part of their couple of pilots such as the hiring of Daniel Ricciardo. The Australian was part of a succession of transfers between drivers that fell like dominoes.
Carlos Sainz left McLaren to join Scuderia Ferrari, who had an empty seat after deciding not to renew Sebastian Vettel. After that, Zak Brown’s team went fast and hired one of the best drivers in the middle zone. He has victories and experience at the top. The Australian has the goal of returning McLaren to being one of the best teams on the grid, just as it was during the past decade.
At his side will be Lando Norris. After two full seasons in Formula 1, he will try to compete regularly against a Ricciardo who is used to beating his teammates. The English driver had a series of misfortunes during the past season that prevented him from scoring more points. Still, he knew the feeling of getting on the podium at the Austrian GP.
OBJECTIVE: To be the third team again
For the season that is presented the objective should be to repeat a similar position. Of course, a priori, Ferrari will improve and could once again take the Woking team off the podium. Repeating a figure close to the 202 points that they added between their two drivers and surpassing teams such as Aston Martin or Alpine is the premise with which both Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris will face the season.
